Applying For an Apple Certified Technician (AITSC) Certification

Apple Certified Technician (AITSC)

Apple Certified Technology Specialist and apple certified technician (AITSC) is the industry standard IT certifications that have been around for over three decades. Apple Certified Technicians (AT) are trained and experienced professionals who provide IT services supporting Apple’s products. AITSC certifications offer a high level of assurance in the field of computer support and computer operations.

Apple Certified Technical Coordinators (AITC) is a Mac operating system technical coordinator with extensive knowledge of the basics and Mac OSX. They execute basic troubleshooting and network deployment, perform network configuration and management, set up essential services such as application server, networking, and policy management. They also handle many everyday network task tasks of Apple. This article discusses what exactly it takes to obtain the Apple Certified Technologist (AITSC) certification.

Apple IT training program

To become an Apple Certified Technician (AT), you must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and hold a high school diploma. Once you have obtained your high school degree or GED, you can apply for a free Apple IT training program. After completing the program, you will receive a certificate. Upon completion of the program, you must pass two exams, which are the AITSC Networking Essentials and AITSC Troubleshooting Essentials.

As an IT professional, you will need to attend several workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to complete the Apple IT certification exams successfully. Your chosen workshop will teach you how to use technical programs, applications, and other tools on your personal computer to complete your given tasks. You will also learn how to effectively communicate your findings and results to others through written reports. The hands-on training session teaches you how to use the computer as part of a real-world team setting and the practical aspects of using a computer for your job duties.

For every course you take, there are specific requirements for obtaining a certification.

Required Procedures

If you do not perform all the required procedures, the certificate is invalidated. It takes between two and four years to complete a program. The best way to grow qualified as an Apple Certified Technician (AT) is to enroll in a program that combines training and practical experience—and passing the exams to be certified. This way, you can quickly obtain the certification faster than if you were completing courses one at a time.

Applying for IT jobs, becoming a certified technician, or even working as an IT manager are ways that an AT certification can help you advance your career. However, becoming an Apple Certified Technician (AT) is the primary way your knowledge and abilities will contribute to your employer’s bottom line.
